Frequently Asked QuestionsShipping & DeliveryReturns & Refund PolicyPayment MethodsWarrantyBulk Quotation Request

Delivery timing is confirmed on each quotation rather than promised in advance, because lead times for GPU and networking hardware move with manufacturer allocation.

01

Lead times

Every quotation states the lead time that is valid at the time it is issued. Allocation for current-generation GPUs can change quickly, so lead time is re-confirmed when the order is placed.

  • In-stock components typically ship within a few business days.
  • Build-to-order systems are quoted with a build and burn-in window.
  • Full rack deployments are scheduled against your site readiness date.
02

Packaging and freight

Servers and switches ship in manufacturer or purpose-built packaging appropriate to the weight and value of the system.

  • Individual systems ship by insured parcel or LTL freight.
  • Rack-level deliveries ship palletized or in shock-monitored rack packaging.
  • Freight class and carrier are confirmed before dispatch.
03

Domestic and international delivery

We ship within the United States and internationally wherever the product and destination allow it.

  • International orders are quoted with agreed Incoterms.
  • Duties, import taxes and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility unless quoted otherwise.
  • Some GPU and networking products are subject to export control review.
04

Receiving and inspection

Inspect shipments on arrival. Visible damage has to be recorded before the carrier leaves, because carrier claims depend on it.

  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt at the time of signing.
  • Photograph the packaging and the system before unpacking further.
  • Report damage or shortages to us within five business days of delivery.
05

Scheduled and white-glove delivery

Data center deliveries usually need an appointment, a loading dock and someone on site to receive them.

  • We can arrange appointment-based delivery windows.
  • Liftgate, inside delivery and debris removal are available on request.
  • On-site rack integration can be added to the order.

This page describes our general practice. The terms that apply to your order are the ones stated in your quotation and order documents.
